At UNEKGIFTS, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Because our weighted plush items are personal comfort products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are final sale unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@unekgifts.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and packaging.
We'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
